National Pooling Administrator
New Combined NANPA System and Website Update
- NANPA is developing a new system, which combines the existing NANP Administration System (NAS), Pooling Administration System (PAS) and Routing Number Administration System (RNAS) into a single system. The existing NANPA, Pooling and RNA websites will be combined into a single website, the new URL will be www.nanpa.com.
Existing users of NAS, PAS and RNAS will be required to register for the new system starting on September 30, 2024.
API / SFTP Interface
- Service providers will also have the option to use an API or SFTP interface in addition to a web-based User Interface.

- REST API Interface – Used to submit NRUF, thousands-blocks forecasts, thousands-blocks requests, CO code requests, 5XX-NXX requests, CIC Access and Usage Report(s), and p-ANI requests.
- SFTP Interface – Used to submit NRUF, thousands-blocks forecasts, thousands-blocks requests, CO code requests and CIC Access and Usage Report(s).
- If your company plans to use the REST API interface or SFTP interface, notify NANPA at support@nanpa.com. Any company that previously notified NANPA, no further action is required.

- 4/15/2024 - 8/30/2024: Service Provider SFTP Testing
- 9/3/2024 - 9/27/2024: External Training for New System and Website
- September 30, 2024: New User Registration Begins
- October 28, 2024: New NANP Administration System (NAS) and NANPA Website (www.nanpa.com) Launches
