Pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Pooling Administrator Technical Requirements,
the PA
will report to the FCC on a monthly basis that there has been no change in staffing or, in
the event of a change, the report shall show shortages and overages, and yearly turnover
rate. The PA filed an updated staffing report on August 1, 2016, containing changes from
the prior month, July, 2016. On December 1, 2016 the PA reported to the FCC via email
that there were no changes in personnel since the previous month’s Staffing Report.
