Designated Point of Contact - Search for New Block
Holder/New Code Holder
The
Designated Point of Contact – Search for New Block
Holder/New Code Holder Email field on the PAS User profile for
SP users allows a user to add up to two email addresses for the purposes of
receiving email requests from the PA to become the new block or code holder when
the PA is processing block or code disconnects where your company has ported TNs
or assigned blocks. When entering an email address in this field, for each
contact at a minimum one or more States need to be selected. If at least one
State is NOT selected, the email address entered will NOT receive any
notifications.
A user may further determine which emails the
Designated Point of
Contact – Search for New Block Holder/New Code Holder contact receives
by selecting one or more state(s) along with selecting the specific OCN(s) for
which the contact is to receive emails. The email address entered for this
contact does not need to be a PAS user. For more information on the Designated
Point of Contact – Search for New Block Holder/New Code Holder Email field see
section 10 of the PAS Service Provider and Service Provider Consultant User
Guide located on
www.nationalpooling.com under Documents link.
