Quarterly Pooling Tip – July 2020

Designated Point of Contact - Search for New Block Holder/New Code Holder (SP Users Only)

When pooled CO Codes and Blocks are returned and your company has assigned block(s) or ported TN(s) within it, the PA will send an email to the company contact on file requesting your company to become the new block holder or code holder.

If you would like this email sent to a specific company contact, you may add up to two email addresses in the Designated Point of Contact – Search for New Block Holder/New Code Holder Emails field within your PAS user profile.

For each email address entered in this field, you MUST select one or more States. If NO State is selected, the email address provided will NOT receive any notifications. You may also select one or more OCNs for which this contact will receive emails for.

To add a State, select a State from the left column, then click > to move the State from the left column to the right column.  Follow the same steps to move an OCN. The state and/or OCN must be moved from the left column and to the right column in order for the State and/or OCN to be linked to the email address provided.

For further information on how to complete this field Designated Point of Contact – Search for New Block Holder/New Code Holder Email refer to Section 10 of the PAS Service Provider and Service Provider Consultant User Guide located on www.nationalpooling.com under the ‘Documents’ link.
