Helpful Tip for Locating a PAS Request

 

After submitting a request in PAS, if you forgot to take note of the tracking number, a quick and easy way to locate the request is to query the Part 1/1A Report.  

 

While logged into PAS, from the tools, click Reports then Part 1/1A Report to display the preliminary Part 1/1A Report screen.  Enter the date the application was submitted in the Date Range From and Date Range To fields and click the Continue button. PAS will display the Part 1/1A Report with all requests submitted on that date for the States, NPAs, and OCNs listed in your PAS user profile.   You can further narrow the search criteria by selecting the State, NPA and OCN of the request.

 

The Part 1/1A Report is also a useful tool to view requests submitted by other users within your company where users have the same States, NPAs, and OCNs listed in the user profile, which allows any user to attach documents to a request, withdraw a pending request, or view the status of a request.
