Supplemental Quarterly Pooling Tip – March 2021

Appendix A

As a reminder as a result of INC Issue 880 when an ILEC, RBOC, ULEC, CLEC, WIRE or PCS OCN provides the Appendix A as proof of facilities readiness documentation the Service Provider OCN Name field and the Service Provider OCN field on the Appendix A shall match the Company Name and OCN  provided on the PAS Part 1A application.  

 

To avoid a denial:

1. Download the updated version of the Appendix A dated 1/10/2020, and
2. From the PAS Part 1A application copy and paste the Company Name and OCN fields into the Service Provider OCN Name and Service Provider OCN fields on the Appendix A to ensure accuracy. 

 

Do not add any extra text and do not leave off any text on the Service Provider OCN Name field on the Appendix A.

• From the web page above when the user clicks on ATIS Public Workspace they are taken to https://access.atis.org/apps/group_public/.

 

• The user will need to scroll down to and click on INC – Industry Numbering Committee which will take them to https://access.atis.org/apps/group_public/workgroup.php?wg_abbrev=inc.

 

• The user will need to select the Documents tab and then locate ATIS-0300119 (2019-10), Thousands-Block (NPA-NXX-X) and Central Office Code (NPA-NXX) Administration Guidelines. The name listing may vary slightly.  The guidelines download as a zip file.
