How to Request an Initial Central Office Code in a Pooling Area
 
This video covers the process of how a NAS user would request an initial
central office code in a pooling area.

5) To watch the video open the extracted folder and double click on the file named "DOUBLE CLICK THIS FILE TO WATCH.html".
